DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once you place your order with Sisal & Seagrass an email will be sent to you confirming your order and payment. Please see the following lead times for each of our ranges.
Natural Cuts of Carpet.
Natural cuts of Carpet (including Sisal, Seagrass, Jute and Coir) will be delivered to your specified address within 7 to 10 working days. If we expect stock delays you will be informed immediately.
Custom Made Rugs.
If you are ordering a custom-made rug from us this will take longer due to the handmade nature of this product. From the date of order, we aim to deliver your rug to you in approximately 4 weeks. Customers are notified if delays are expected.
Ready Made Rugs.
Our ready-made rug range consists of several selections of set-size rugs with set borders and inner rug designs. These rugs take between 5-10 working days to arrive after your order has been placed.
Aurora Runners.
Our exclusive aurora runner range is incredibly unique in its design and creation. For this reason, these runners take approximately 6-8 weeks from the day of order to arrive.
Ceres Runners.
Ceres runners take around 7-10 days to arrive after the order has been placed. As with any of our ranges, customers will be informed if a delay to this timeframe will occur.
Ocean Clear Carpets.
The wonderful and eco-friendly ocean clear carpets range is made of 100% recycled plastic bottles and discarded fishing nets. This range of carpet cuts typically takes 3 weeks from order to delivery at your specified address.
Cleaning Kits and Samples.
Cleaning Kits and Sample orders are shipped to our customers by Royal Mail. This usually takes around 3-4 working days, although it may take longer depending on the speed of service for Royal Mail in your local area.
What happens when your order is ready?
With all deliveries (except for cleaning kits or samples), you will be informed when the products are ready to leave us and the day we expect our delivery partners to deliver to you. Unfortunately, we can’t give a time of delivery due to the courier service we have to use as a supplier of large goods.
Someone must be there to receive the delivery and sign for it. For large cuts and rugs couriers may require help to move them into your home.
If we are unable to deliver due to no one being at the address on the arranged day and the driver has to return this may incur an extra charge to you.
Which couriers do we use?
Our courier of choice for large cuts and rugs is currently DX. We use Royal Mail for deliveries of samples and cleaning kits. For smaller rugs and cuts we occasionally use UPS. Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to know which service your order will be delivered by.
Delivery Costs.
Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £300 (some exceptions to this rule may apply for Scottish Highlands postcodes and may be liable to extra delivery fees, if you are situated in this area please check with our team before placing your order).
Under £300 there will be a standard £35 charge. This charge does not include Care and Cleaning Kits or sample orders.
Deliveries to offshore i.e. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc can be done but will have to be priced individually for you. Please contact us for details and pricing.
